IKEA Visit
KOMITMEN, an initiative of UIII supported by ViriyaENB, is designed to build climate-responsive macroeconomic and fiscal frameworks for Indonesia. Through seamless collaboration with ViriyaENB, KOMITMEN works at the intersection of research, policy dialogue, and capacity building to bring climate risks into the heart of economic decision-making.
During the IKEA Foundation visit, we joined fellow ViriyaENB partners: CSIS, CORE, CPI, and CCSF, in presenting how each of us contributes to systemic, sustainable transformation. It’s powerful to see how these different strands of work weave into one shared mission: driving a just, resilient, and future-ready Indonesia.
Hosted at the serene and historic Wisma Habibie & Ainun in Patra Kuningan, the setting itself carried meaning — a quiet, beautiful space shaped by Indonesia’s legacy of innovation and public service. The kind of place that reminds you why this work matters, and why the future we’re building must honor the values of those who paved the way.
